Company of serviced apartments in Canary Wharf recruiting for a skilled maintenance operative with experience in a range of general maintenance and handy man tasks.

Day-to-Day maintenance may include (but not limited to)

  • Plumbing including clearing and guttering works
  • Electrical
  • Carpentry works,
  • Masonry and painting,
  • Wood flooring.
  • Repairing such as showers, sinks, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors such as lights, and gardening etc.

Experienced Cleaners

We are looking for a PART TIME and FULL TIME Room Attendants/Cleaners. The responsibilities of this position are to clean the guest apartments to a very high standard and to make sure the apartments are completed within the correct allocated time.

Other responsibilities include prepare room attendants’ trolleys, do laundry and assist with any other requests from the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Mandatory requirements

  • Previous Hotel/Serviced Apartments Cleaning experience with in a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain and check apartments by providing housekeeping services; responding to guest and management requests.

Mandatory requirements and responsibilities

  • Check completed apartments with an eye for detail, to ensure they are cleaned to the required standards
  • Identify and report design issues and maintenance faults to the correct department
  • Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or check in to prepare work assignments for room attendants.
  • Maintain the standards of rooms as per hotel standards
  • Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
  • Motivates the staff and work with them as a team

Mandatory requirements

A minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales of product and services in a solution based sales organization.
Understanding of Extended stay, hotel, travel, or corporate housing industries preferred.
Must have experience calling on clients through phone and in-person sales presentations.
Strong sales presentation and communication skills are a must.
Knowledge of the hospitality, travel, or relocation industry is highly desired.
Strong written and verbal English language skills are required.
